Perkins (DeChambeau) of Bridgewater; his children, Kerrie Serrecchia (Brian) of Lakeville and Kathleen Mello (Peter) of Bridgewater; his grandchildren, Andrew, Justin, Nathan, Connor and Chelsea; his parents, George M. Perkins and Doris H. (Goddard); and his brother Kenneth Perkins (Judith) of New Hampshire. He was also cherished by many extended family members and dear friends.
