He is survived by: his wife Alice Bickford (McMullin); his sons, Scott Bickford (Susie) of Windham, NH and Jeffrey Bickford (Tina) of West Newbury; his stepchildren, Martin Halvorsen (Diana) of Mashpee and Meg McDermott (Stephen) of Middleborough; his grandchildren, Andrew, Nathan, Caleb, Charlotte and Jocelyn; his great grandchild Ella Rose; his brother Jack Bickford (Dorothy) of Maine; Earl. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
