He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Chase and Eleanor Chase. He is survived by: his girlfriend Anne Vigeant of Padanaram; his children, Sarah Baxter (Michael) of New York, Suzanne Brooks (Joshua) of Scituate and Samuel Chase (Brenna) of Milton; the mother of his children Janet Chase; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Lillian, Claire, Henry Baxter, Elizabeth, Benjamin, James Brooks, Everett, Cecilia and Campbell Chase; and his siblings, George and Susan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeff's name to the Thomas S. Gunning Scholarship Foundation.
