He is survived by: his wife Campello Cooperative Bank; his son-in-law Little Jed; his children, Laureen Horton (David) of Bridgewater, Leanne (Arlen Brooks) of Dorchester, Lisa of Bridgewater, Lynne (Dolores Bernal) of Valencia and Leslie Stefanowicz (Jed) of Millis; his grandchildren, Collin Augustine Jr., Liz Augustine, Casey Nash (Tom), Bennett, Maggie and Dory Stefanowicz (Jillian Larkin); and his great grandchildren, Caileen, Colby and Cheyenne.

Memorial gifts may be made to Brockton VNA Hospice, Brockton VA Medical Center, or Lions Club of Bridgewater.
