He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Meghan Downey (McCarthy) and Michael Taggart; his son Benjamin; his siblings, Colin Taggart of South Boston and Sofia Taggart of Bridgewater; his stepfather Tom Downey; his stepbrother Luke Downey; and his grandparents, Ed, Dawn McCarthy of Saugus, Michael Taggart Sr. of Melrose and Coretta Maradian of Melrose.
