He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara T. Perry (Bumpus); his parents, Joseph W. Perry, Sr. and Mary A. Perry (Paiva); his son Rick Perry; and his siblings, Joseph W. Perry, Jr. and Thelma Sherman.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Poliseno (Michael) of Hanover, Cathy Connelly of New Hampshire and Cindy Fleck of Bridgewater; his sister Anna Mae Rose (Edward); and his son Louis "Skip" Perry, Jr.. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
