She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Slack and Elizabeth Slack (Meenan); and her brothers, Richard Slack and Kevin Slack. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Carnes, Erin Larkin and Tonya Larkin; her grandchildren, Shane Cardin, Mikayla Cardin (Ryan Johnson), Jacob Carnes, Camren Cardin and Tyler O'Toole; her great grandchild Kaycen Johnson; and her siblings, Brian Slack, Steven Slack, Lisa Slack and Maryanne Hayden. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and cherished role as a great-great grandmother.
