He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Jean Palmer (Coleman). He is survived by: his wife Leslie Palmer (Merritt) of Bridgewater; his son Joseph Palmer (Katrina) of Raynham; his stepdaughter Angela Buckingham (William) of Rockland; his grandchildren, Oliver, Franklin, Walker Palmer, Maya and Anna Macdonald; and his sisters, Kathleen Duggan (Paul) of Fredericksburg, VA and Connie Kelly (Paul) of Carver. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
