He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Crisafully and Ernestine Crisafully (Ionnilli); and his siblings, Joseph Crisafulli and Anne Antonelli. He is survived by: his wife Heather Crisafulli; his sons, Paul S. Crisafulli (Karen) and Kenneth J. Crisafulli (Cara); his grandchildren, Gabrielle Doughty (Christopher), Alex Crisafulli, Jacob Crisafulli, Nicole Crisafulli and Ryder Doughty; and his siblings, Jeanne Giusti and Anthony Crisafulli (Andrea).
