He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Davies and Helen Davies; and his siblings, Henry, Donald, Edward, Robert, John "Jack", Arthur, Marion Malloy and Arlene Hughes.
He is survived by: his significant other Arlene Davies (Brown) of Bridgewater; his children, William Davies, Jr. (Patricia) of Bedford, Joanne Grimes (Stephen) of East Longmeadow, Jeffrey Davies (Barbara House) of Stoughton and Steven Davies (Kimberly) of Foxboro; his great grandchildren, Sophie, Isla, Paige and Rory; his sibling Beverly Linquist of Cape Cod; and his sister-in-law Joyce Fallon of Carver. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
