He is survived by: his children, Donna E. Frost (Wayne) of Bridgewater, Jayne I. Turner (David) of Bridgewater and William H. Levy, Jr. (Debra) of Raynham. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
