He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Jacobs and Dorothy Jacobs (Dolan); and his grandson Gerard James Jacobs. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Jacobs (Walsh); his children, George Jacobs (Sue) of Billerica, Catherine Jacobs (Beth Wichterich) of Brooklyn, NY, Paula Mee (William) of Westwood, Michael Jacobs (Maxine) of Boston, Edward Jacobs (Nancy) of Westwood, Theresa Jacobs (Jeff Shearstone) of Framingham, Kristine Hollander (Chris) of Medfield and Barbara Keller (Kevin) of Norwood; and his grandchildren, Vincent, Franklin, Kailey, Delaney, Conor, Kerin Jacobs, Tucker, Declan Mee, Jamie, Emily, Maggie Hollander, Jake Wichterich, Seamus, Patrick Keller and Liam Shearstone.
