She was predeceased by : her brothers, Gregory and Keith; and her parents, Donald Gallagher and Marcia Gallagher. She is survived by : her siblings, Marcia Gallagher, Meredithe Gera (Stephen) of Kihei Hawai'i and Christopher Gallagher of Burlington Massachusetts; her niece Madison; her nephews, Dylan, Aiden, Seamus and Thomas; her partner Gerry McInerney of Watertown Massachusetts; and her pet Sully.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the DeVito Funeral Home - Arlington (1145 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Agnes Church (32 Medford St, Arlington, MA 02474). A burial was held on Thursday, May 2nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery (70 Medford St, Arlington, MA 02474).
