She was predeceased by: her parents, Shirley Fernandes Claiborne and Pete Taylor. She is survived by: her children, Joi Kelley, Ronique Williams, Kenneth Kelley Jr. and Kori Kelley. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, and a host of relatives and friends.
