He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Moises Goncalves and Alcinda Goncalves (Monteiro); his wife Teresa Goncalves (Andrade); and his children, Isaura Ledoux (Gary), Moises Goncalves (Carmen), Eddie Goncalves, Salvador Goncalves (Neusa), Joanna Goncalves, Camilio Goncalves (Lucinda) and Alcinda James (Patrick). He was also cherished by twenty three brothers and sisters, eighteen grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
