She was predeceased by: her husband Yin Deep Soo Hoo; her parents, Tin Kee Chow and Niam Tong Soo Hoo; and her brothers, Yiu Tien Chow and Yiu Kwang Chow.

She is survived by: her children, Yiu Foo Soo Hoo (Teresa Lee) and Sang Soo Hoo; her grandchildren, Juliet Soo Hoo (Sean Walley), Tina Soo Hoo (Richard Ow), Harry Soo Hoo (Tinia Sufiet), Pamela Soo Hoo (Terence Ryan) and Jack Soo Hoo; and her great grandchildren, Ian Soo Hoo, Abilene Soo Hoo, Maria Walley, Matthew Walley, Penelope Ow, Addison Ow, Sophia Ryan, Colin Ryan and Kate Ryan. She is also survived by her youngest sister from Hong Kong, and many nieces and nephews as well as many grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
