She is survived by: her husband Mark Chadwick; her sons, Matthew Chadwick of Brockton and Patrick Chadwick (Kristy) of Laconia; her granddaughter Savannah; and her siblings, Beverly of Minnesota, Karen of Minnesota and Sandra of Minnesota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
