He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clements and Denise Clements (Doucette). He is survived by: his brother Todd M. Clements (Jill) of Bridgewater; his sibling's children, Rylie M. Clements and Bradyn T. Clements; and his friend Anita Harris. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
