He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Slazas and Theodora Slazas (Mather); and his brother Martin Slazas. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Slazas (George); his children, Daniel Slazas (Christina) of Plymouth and Michelle Sturdevant (John) of Brockton; his grandchildren, Ashley Slazas, Daniel Slazas, Ronan Slazas, Nolan Sturdevant and Nicolas Sturdevant; his brother Adam Slazas (Denise) of Maine; his sister-in-law Joy Slazas; and his pet Gibbs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
