She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Phillips and Gertrude Phillips (Clark). She is survived by: her children, Christopher Phillips and Taylor O'Keefe; her siblings, Roy Phillips, Nikol Phillips, Lori Irving and Lisa Kirshkaln; her grandchildren, Milania, Audrianna, Nova and Remy; and her close friend Luann Franklin.
