He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Denholm and Margaret D. Denholm; and his sister Phyllis McAdam of Pembroke. He is survived by: his wife Kerstin Denholm (Holmberg); his children, Stuart Denholm (Catherine) of Wrentham and Elizabeth Belanger (Michael) of North Easton; his grandchildren, Grace, Jack, Lily Denholm, Eva and Sofia Belanger; and his sister Irene Mason of Largo, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be given to the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney Foundation.
