He was predeceased by: his parents, June E. Hewson (Allen) and Albert E. Hewson Jr.; and his wife Diane L. Hewson (Dube). He is survived by: his sister Helen Moore (Skorupski) of Monson, MA.; and his friend Kayleen A. Newcomb of Brockton.
Throughout his work and discoveries, David was able to donate historical artifacts to museums.
