He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Phillion and Jacqueline Phillion (Corr); his children, Cheryl Celata (David) of Londonderry, Christine Norton (Shawn) of Reading, Jamie Phillion (Lisa) of Billerica, Joshua Phillion (Lisa) of Brockton, Stephanie Phillion (Brian) of Vassalboro, Jessica Phillion (Jason) of Brockton, Breanna DeMulis and Jorden Phillion; his siblings, Patricia Tammaro, Diane Collins (John) and Paul Phillion (Maryann); Nancy Phillion Hicks and Justin Hicks. He is also survived by his parents, siblings, and children.
