It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerard Maurice Gibbs of Brockton, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on April 14, 2024, at the age of 42, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his parents, Tanya Michelle Gibbs of Fall River, MA and George Hood Jr. of Columbia, SC.; his sons, Javante Gibbs of Randolph, MA., Gerard Gibbs Jr. of Wareham, MA. and Gerell Gibbs of Fall River, MA.; his grandparents, Dorothy Gibbs of Brockton, George and Hilda Hood of Columbia; and his significant other Danielle Sergio.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Russell & Pica Funeral Home (165 Belmont St, Brockton, MA 02301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the same location.
