He was predeceased by: his grandmother Joanne Donovan; and his cousin Erik Carlson. He is survived by: his parents, Janet Bjork and Jim Bjork; his siblings, Jacklyn Hill (Mark), James and Julie Bjork (Marc Sergi); and his niece Sophia Hill. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
