He is survived by: his aunt Carrie Hunter of Abbeville, SC; his siblings, Foster Starks of Brockton, MA, Charles Starks of Brockton, MA, Mamie Harrison of Brockton, MA, Agnes Johnson of Abbeville, SC, Margaret Martin of Austin, TX and Betty Stevens (Charles) of Abbeville, SC; and his children, Jesse Starks, Jr., Tenesha Starks, Jamille Starks (Lunide) and Jeremy Starks. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, three great grandchildren, several god children, a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
