He was predeceased by : his father Joseph R. Niccoli of Brockton. He is survived by : his mother Elena Niccoli (Cicone); his children, Christina Serode (Arthur) of Bridgewater, Joey Niccoli (Nicole) of Raynham and Anthony Niccoli (Courtney) of Raynham; his grandchildren, Cole, Catie, Blake, Alex, Reese, Caroline, Aria, Colton and Mia; his sisters, Janet Niccoli, Susan Stratoti (Vinny), Diane Dale (Mark) and Marcia Niccoli; and his former life partner Karen Niccoli.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russell & Pica Funeral Home (165 Belmont St, Brockton, MA 02301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Joe's name to the American Heart Association.
