Lillian left this world on June 12, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She is survived by: her son Joseph J. Starratt of Plymouth; her brother Frederick Collins; her grandchildren, Teresa Caricchio, Blake Starratt, Sophia Starratt and Ava Starratt; her great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Stephen and Hunter Feist; and her niece Cheryl Willette.
