He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Jose Fortes and Alcangela Maria Dias Monteiro. He is survived by: his children, Ericson Fortes of Brockton, Admilson Fortes of Portugal and Erika Malo of Brockton; his siblings, Albertina Fortes, Maria Fortes, Filomena Fortes and Zeca Fortes; and his grandchildren, Djerika Malo, Leo Lopes, Alyah Fortes, Evan Malo, Sienna Ramos, Ayden Fortes, Mia Fortes and Jaison Fortes.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel (238 Court St, Brockton, MA 02302). A funeral service was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the FUNERARIAS MULTI CULTUREL (238 Court St, Brockton, MA 02302).
