He is survived by: his parents, Richard O'Hare and Linda O'Hare (Swallow); his children, Samantha J. O'Hare (Paul DerAnanian) of Warwick, RI and Kelsey G. O'Hare of Brockton; his sister Kathleen O'Hare of Middleboro; his nephews, Eric and Jordan; his former wife Kristen M. O'Hare of Brockton; and his significant other Erika Sanders.
