She was predeceased by: her child Thomas Foley, III; and her sister Faith Clark. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Chan-Hernandez (Daniel E.) of Dorchester, Sean Felice (Trish) of Nolensville and Michael Smith of Walpole; her siblings, Charles Clark of Quincy, Hope Colon of Braintree and Joseph Chase; her grandchildren, Justin Chan of Weymouth, Adrianna Chan of Weymouth and Daniel E. Hernandez, Jr. of Dorchester; and her son-in-law Lawrence Wai Lok Chan. She is also survived by many extended family and friends.
