He is survived by: his wife Charlene A. Manion (Byrnes); his children, Scott J. Manion (Michelle Cates) of Taunton and Dawn M. Manion (Phillip Lurie) of Lakeville; and his grandchildren, Brittney, Kaitlynn, Savannah, Phillip Jr. "P. J.", Benjamin Lurie and Cameron Manion. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
