Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Carol H. Zubris (Martens); and his parents, John A. Zubris and Marion A. Zubris (Lydick). He is survived by: his children, Robert Zubris, Jr., Anna Heidke, Karen Morrison, Dennis Zubris, Denise Zubris and Jeanne Flaherty; and his siblings, Marion Rooney, Carol Caissie and Deborah Levine. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Russell & Pica Funeral Home (165 Belmont St, Brockton, MA 02301). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
