He was predeceased by : his son Jonathan Matte (Samantha). He is survived by : his wife Marlene C. Matte (Hirl); his children, Roger Matte (Jennifer) of Florida, Thomas Matte (Janet) of New Hampshire and David Matte (Judy) of New York; and his brothers, Richard Matte (Donna) of New Hampshire and Don Matte (Rose) of Assonet. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
