She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Douglas Hawthorne and Patricia Hawthorne (Ronane); her husband Phil Levreault; her daughter Caitlin Hayward of Weymoth; her brothers, Doug Hawthorne of Plymouth and Scott Coogan of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Maci R. Hayward of Weymouth and Scarlett Hayward of New York; her former husband John J. Hayward Sr.; and her son John J. Hayward Jr.. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
