He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Kerr, Sr. and Gladys Kerr (Fairclough); his child Allison Kerr; and his siblings, Frances Scott, Gerard Kerr and Richard Kerr.
He is survived by: his wife Lora M. Kerr (Blaher); his child Shawn Kerr; his grandchildren, Madison, Liam, Trevor, Kathleen, Coleman, Molly, Shea and Brynn; and his sister Mary Peavey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Russell & Pica Funeral Home (165 Belmont St, Brockton, MA 02301). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
