She was predeceased by: her parents, Ara May and Ruth May (Thomas); her husband James E. Hadges; her child Michele "Mickey" Hadges; and her sister Mary Ellen "Dolly" Wass.

She is survived by: her children, Christina Hadges (Ron Valcourt) of Raynham, Lauren Hadges-Doyle of Brockton and Dena Hadges-Duarte of Brockton; her grandchildren, Sophie Doyle, Alexander and Nicholas Duarte; and her brother Bruce May of Bridgewater. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial gifts may be made to Animal Protection Center of Southeastern Massachusetts, 1300 W. Elm St. Ext., Brockton, MA 02301.
