Falcone of Stoughton; his grandchildren, Michael, Victoria, Samantha, Jarrod and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Adeline and Jackson. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapman Funerals & Cremations - Bridgewater (98 Bedford St, Bridgewater, MA 02324). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 11:45 AM at the Melrose Cemetery N. (88 N Pearl St, Brockton, MA 02301).
