She was predeceased by: her sons, Ryan Branch and Bryant Sirmans; her brothers, Paul F., Joseph L., James M., Stephen B. and Michael J.; and her parents, Francis J. Kelly and Gertrude "Gert" Kelly (Hennigan).
She is survived by: her husband Michael C. Provost; her daughter Kiana L. Carter (James) of Fort Carlson, Colorado; and her sisters, Barbara Widen (Dennis Wood) of Rutland and Patricia Valliere (Joseph) of Douglas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
