He is survived by: his former wife Carol Mayo (Varley); his sister Dorothea O'Day-Sullivan (Dorrie); his brother-in-law Robert Sullivan of Bourne, MA; and his nephews, Shawn Sandgren and Nathan Ledoux of Seattle, WA.. He is also survived by many family members and cousins.
