We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2025, at the age of 91, Arlene Boyson of Burlington, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Arlene shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Arlene farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Bent and Laura Bent (Medeiros); and her brothers, James Bent and John Bent. She is survived by: her sibling's children, John Bent (Cassandra) of Baltimore, MD., Michael Bent (Deborah) of Baltimore, MD., Anthony Bent of Blythewood, SC., Joseph Bent (Deborah) of Davidsonville, MD., Charles Bent of Palm Springs, CA., James Bent of Whitewater, CA. and Kathleen Ross (Steven) of Goodlettsville, TN. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home (43 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Margaret's Church in St. Veronica's Parish (111 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A burial will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Pine Haven Cemetery (84 Bedford St, Burlington, MA 01803).
