He was predeceased by: his wife Joan; his siblings, Cliff and Eleanor; and his nephew Scott. He is survived by: his son John (Mary); his grandchildren, Alex of Woburn and Bailee of Sanford, Maine.; his children, Piper, Nora and Doug; his nephews, Eric, Kurt, Mark and Jason; and his niece Diane.
In lieu of flowers, Ed was passionate about a scholarship that was started in his wife's name for Burlington High and Shawsheen Tech student/athletes. To donate to the scholarship, the foundation has a Venmo page at @JBH-Scholarship with a photo of Joan holding her great granddaughter.
