We announce the death of Gennaro Laghetto (Burlington, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 9, 2026, at the age of 86. Gennaro will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Laghetto and Clara Laghetto (Caliendo); and his siblings, Josephine Fieremonte and Jean Zwirble. He is survived by: his wife Irene Laghetto (Paiva); his children, Michael Laghetto (Anne) of Danvers, David Laghetto (Tracey) of Raynham, Denise O'Halloran (Patrick) of Burlington and Kimberley Redfield (late Scott); his grandchildren, Jake Laghetto, Samantha Hartman, Caitlin Hartman, Laney Laghetto, Hannah Laghetto, Shane O'Halloran, John Laghetto, Patrick O'Halloran and Ryan O'Halloran; and his siblings, Helen Sereno of Myrtle Beach, NC and Robert Laghetto of Ohio. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and close friends.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Margaret's Church (111 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A burial was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 11:15 AM at the Pine Haven Cemetery (84 Bedford St, Burlington, MA 01803).
