She was predeceased by: her husband Michael A. Richards (Mickey); and her parents, Reginald Kirven and Bernice Kirven (Deslandes). She is survived by: her children, Simone Tigges (Jim) of Burlington and Warren Richards (Christine) of Duxbury; her grandchildren, Lindsey Woodward (Ben) of Reading, Adam Tigges (Nina) of Chelmsford, Tyler Richards, Chloe Richards and Sianna Richards of Duxbury; her great grandchildren, Alexander "AJ" Woodward and Jordan Woodward; and her granddaughters, Geri DeGurski, Fern Patterson and Barbara Moran. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Edward V. Sullivan Funeral Home (43 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. Margaret's Church (111 Winn St, Burlington, MA 01803).
