She was predeceased by: her father Michael A. Melnyk. She is survived by: her mother Rose DeLuca of Burlington; her son Joel T. Serrano of Billerica; her brother Michael Melnyk (Holly) of San Diego, CA; and her cousins, Barbara Dempsy (Bob), Angela DeLuca-Joyce, Maria Rappold and Phyllis Gill. She is also survived by many other cousins, aunts, and uncles.
