She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Tysver (Hickey) and Oliver "Cy" Tysver; her siblings, Oliver, Joan, Donna, Mary and Michael; and her husband Robert G. Jay.
She is survived by: her sons, Jack R. Jay, Jonathan O. Jay, Jr. (Bridget) and Robert Jay; her grandchildren, Addison E. Jay and Ashleigh L. Jay; her sister-in-law Diana Jay; her friend Patricia Donnell; Heather Field, Haley and Faith. She is also survived by her family and her work as a nurse.
