He is survived by : his wife Florence Foster (Pierce); his children, Neil E. Foster III (Stacey) of Billerica, Stephen Foster (Rhonda) of Ashby and Cheryl Morin (Paul) of Westford; and his grandchildren, Charles, Joanne Foster, Kyle Smith, Stephen Foster Jr., David, Diane, Danielle Lacoy, Olivia and Emily Morin.
