He was predeceased by: his parents, Natwarlal Shah and Kusumben Shah (Dalal); and his wife Hemalatta Pradip Shah. He is survived by: his friend Hemalatta Bhatt; his sons, Visvesh Shah of Burlington and Diptesh Shah (Sayali) of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Aarav and Aarian Shah. He is also survived by his siblings, many nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
