She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas P. Turra; her siblings, Joan May and David Birkenhead; and her parents, Charles Birkenhead and Mary Birkenhead (Barter).
She is survived by: her daughter Sherry Taylor; her grandchildren, Deanna Alves (Damien), Matthew Pike, Elizabeth Giostri, Alyssa-Lynn Pike and Annickia Pike; and her sister Diane Drinkwater (David).
