She was predeceased by: her husband Wallace D. Williams; her children, Martha (Nora Willcutts) and Charles (Mary E. Baran); her grandchildren, Craig (Isabella Perez) and Caroline (Fionn Brickley); her parents, J. Martin England and Mabel England (Orr); her brother John M. England; and her brother-in-law Donald Seip.
She is survived by: her sisters, Jeanette Seip and Florence England. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
